The free-of-charge warranty covers the following “tire damages”:

• Sharp objects
• Vandalism
• Theft

It covers tire damages for the following tires, in the countries of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland:

• Premium Performance
• Premium 4 Seasons
• Everest 1x

In case of a warranty claim:

In the event of damage, submit your warranty card and purchase receipt to your dealer. After inspection, your replacement tires will be ordered directly. In case of theft or vandalism, report the incident immediately to the police and present the damage report to the dealer.

Warranty conditions:

• You must register within 4 weeks of the purchase date.
• The warranty period is 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Transfer to other tires is not possible.
• At the time of the damage report, the tire must have a tread depth of at least 5 mm.
• A payout is not possible.
• Mounting costs are not covered.
• The warranty is only valid for vehicles registered in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• No mobility claims can be made, such as rental cars, etc.
